Shipping / Return / Exchange
We will ship the items within 7 business days from purchase in the US. Orders shipping within the Continental US will ship via UPS Priority Mail (7 business days).
All international shipments are sent via DHL or UPS (15 business days). Please note that international packages may be subject to customs fees. We hope you understand that these charges are outside of Kunn's authority, as they are defined by foreign government officials, therefore not included in the shipping prices. While we are happy to assist with providing copies of the original documents sent alongside the package, these charges are the customer's responsibility to pay. Items that are unclaimed by a customer and returned to our studio will not be reshipped unless all incurred fees are payed for.
Kunn does not refund for lost or stolen packages, nor is it responsible for items not received due to an incorrect shipping address.
Return / Exchange

We understand that sometimes its just not a good fit.
To initiate a return or exchange, please e-mail INFO@KUNNWALK.COM within 15 days of receiving the item. Include your name, reason for return / exchange and proof of purchase including order number. Rest is us!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please understand that all Kunn pairs are handmade using superior, soft leather and will take the shape of your feet after a couple hours of wear. If the pair is stretched out from testing indoor (i.e. worn them around the house all day) or outdoor, we cannot proceed with an exchange or refund request. The best way is initial indoor test wear
Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
